Ellipticals and professional elliptical training tips and guides

Elliptical training - tips and suggestions: When working out on an elliptical cross trainer you need to check your feet positions. You don't want to stay on your toes as this can hurt your ligaments. Use the all length of your foot to get balance and throughout training. Keep them FLAT!

Another common mistake is the length of the steps: Shorter and faster is not the way you want to go. It is much better and efficient to reduce the peace and speed and take deeper steps. Still keep it real and coordinate your movements. As every other exercise the movement has to feel a natural and smooth.

Make sure u keep your balance and your spine straight, do not lean in front or in the back, every now and then check your posture. This is very important when using ellipticals.
