The Horizon EX75 elliptical trainer, which works your legs as well as your upper body. Perfect for rigorous training routines, the EX75 offers programmable resistance with an 12-level range. The heavier 6.5 kilogram flywheel maintains pedal and arm momentum and offers a smooth, quiet operation. It includes seven preset programs--manual, intervals, weight loss, rolling, reverse train, random, and target heart rate--and two custom programs. The contact heart rate monitor is built into the smaller subsidiary handles below the computer console, which also includes a fan. The SmartBoard computer console has a blue backlit LCD screen and easy-to-access control buttons for changing resistance and incline.

The Horizon Superconductor flywheel design provides continuous velocity, so as your feet move the pedals, the momentum carries you through the complete motion.
