Hyperextension BenchThere are some muscles groups that are often neglected by many people that normally exercise. Most of us focus on biceps, pectorals and abs but most often we forget to work on our back. In order to achieve symmetry and overall strength you need to have a strong back and the hyperextension bench allows you to smoothly train those muscles.
TIPS: Tour back is very delicate, so start exercising when your muscles are warm and you have done at least 5 minutes of stretching before.
