ideal for training abdominal and back muscles. With quick adjustments the abdominal
and back trainer VarioFit ensures training in ideal positions for weight lifting
exercises that target shoulder and arm muscle groups. Abdominal and back training,
and also biceps exercises with the curl bar, as well as variable short dumbell
exercises, are made possible requiring little space and with optimum support.
The adjustable leg pad for abdominal exercise may be changed over to become
a hip support pad by adjusting its inclination and height, a back pad for dumbell
training or a biceps curl.
