Leg MachinesMost of us do not like to workout our legs - for one reason or the other when we got the chance we end up doing curls instead. I know…it is tough. Our legs hold the largest muscles of our body and they require more dedication than other groups. As always, the formula is always the same: NO PAIN NO GAIN. If you want to look good and be symmetric, you need to get your legs trained and you must jump in on a leg machine… period! TIPS: Before starting on your legs, make sure to run on a treadmill and stretch for a few minutes. Do not overload!
