eddy current electronic breaking system gives a smooth natural foot pattern
and true elliptical motion. The Dual-Action design allows you to move in either
direction to exercise more varied muscle groups. Going forwards works different
muscles than going backwards. Having the option to choose between the two gives
you more control over the type of results you wish to see.
