 Detailed Description for Phoenix Bio Cycle II Fitness Bike The Bio Cycle II fitness bike utilizes a patented auto-drive
with permanent magnetic resistance. The programmable fitness computer with LED
display allows the user to electronically program a desired workload according
to ability. The computer features displays for target heart rate zone, start/stop,
pause, speed, distance, interval/elapsed time, estimated calories burned, program
plan and tension adjust. Additional features include programs for weight loss,
fitness training, endurance training, interval training and a 3 mile race against
the computer. To keep the user in their optimum heart rate zone the computer
automatically adjusts the resistance when the user exceeds or falls below the
target heart rate. Comes complete with heart rate pulse monitor. A computer
monitored hand pulse feature is optional.
