ROWING MACHINE GUIDE – All you should know about rowing machine, rowing tips and rowing equipment guide

All About rowing machine: Another important piece of fitness equipment that can t be missed in a serious home gym is a quality rowing machine. These rowers are great for growing your stamina and resistance as well to burn calories and grow muscles. They provide a full aerobic body workout without jeopardizing joints. The next generation of rowing machines have a flywheel that can mimic a water like experience (kettler coach rower)

The harder you pull the tougher and more resistant it gets. Water based rowers are the machines that get you as close as the real thing as possible. One or two padded water cylinders are attached to the rowers to create the feel and actual resistance. The only downside of these models is that in order to create or reduce resistance you need to fill or tap off water accordingly. Not really a plug and play thing but for the feel they are really amazing.

Hydraulic piston types of rowing machines are a good alternative if you are on a budget or your space is limited. These units are usually more compact than the flywheel models. Consider as well the size: real rowing machines require space and they can be up to seven feet long. Be sure to measure your home gym room before.

You can take a look at Wynne R210 and kettler. I tried most of them and they are pretty good.
