please make sure you inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship.
Return Policy Requirements:
- Customers must have
an RA number before returning a purchase .Important: Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number
issued by our Customer Service will not be accepted.
- If the returned item qualifies for return and the item has been verified,
customers should allow 30 days for a refund to appear on their statements
- For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately
at support@shopideas.com. We will make arrangements
to have a replacement item or part sent to you free of charge. Defective products
are considered to be units that are experiencing numerous mechanical failures
and/or experiencing failure occurrences that our technicians are unable to diagnose
or repair to an acceptable condition. Products returned due to freight damage
are products that are damaged in shipping on route from Workoutideas.com via Workoutideas.com
’s carrier. It is the customer's
responsibility to report freight damage immediately. Reporting damage at
a later date can significantly reduce the chance of being compensated by the carrier.
- Returns are expected to arrive at Workoutideas.com appropriately
packaged and in their original state. That is, all additional
items included in the original unit, such as owner’s manuals,
hardware, accessories, etc., are expected to be returned as well.
Should the product arrive damaged or incomplete, the customer
will be held responsible for all costs incurred to repair and/or
complete the unit. We reserve the rights to modify these policies
at any time without notice.

Probell Products:
30-Day Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your ProBell System within 30 days from when
you received it, just return the system in its original condition for a full refund,
less shipping costs with is usally
15% of the product cost.
All other Brands
Workoutideas.com does not accept product returns
for any other brands except Probell unless the product is defective or damaged in shipping.
Reasons for product returns other than the prior two will be given
special consideration and will be subject to the points listed above.
If tem qualifies for return, freight costs incurred to return product
to Workoutideas.com is the customer's responsibility. * Freight
collect shipments will be refused. All returns will be subject to
a 15% restocking fee.
If you need to Return
You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise
to WorkoutIdeas.com. Request RA by email
Once you have provided WorkoutIdeas.com with the appropriate information,
we will contact you by email with an assigned RA number.
If goods are cancelled before they have been shipped (usually less than 24
hours from order placement), the order is cancelled and no charges are applied
to the customer.
If items have been shipped at the time of cancellation, customer
will be charged 20% re-stocking fee and the shipping cost to send the item back to our warehouse, and any incurred shipping cost.(this includes free freight promotion)

Delivery Refusal. If a customer orders a product from us and refuses delivery of the item, then customer will be charged 20% re-stocking fee plus any incurred shipping cost.(this includes free freight promotion)
Also, if you refuse, or miss your delivery appointment(s) for a non-defective/un-damaged product, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
If you do not pay these costs directly to the carrier in advance, they may be deducted from your refund, after the product is returned to the appropriate warehouse.
Freight shipments generally cost $100 - $350 dollars, depending on the product.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
We will ship your order FREE if it is over $300.00 for qualified item within
the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $300.00 the shipping cost will be calculated
at checkout. Excluding oversized and
overweight items which shipping cost will be calculated and paid if acceptable by the client
before we process the order. Hampton Dumbbells, Weight Olympic Plates, Barbells, Xvest does not qualify for free shipping

As truck delivery drivers are not permitted to enter your residence, you are responsible for bringing your product from curbside into your home and assembling the product yourself. Truck driver may or may not assist you in lowering the box from the rear of truck.
Shipping and Transit Time:
Oversize items are shipped by truck and might take approximate 7 to 10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Smaller items are shipped by UPS and will take less transit time.
Shipping Damage:
Thoroughly inspect the freight for any Damage or abuse.
If the equipment is damaged then note "Possible Damage, Subject to Inspection" on the delivery receipt.
If damages are present, and it is too severe to be kept and used, use the following notation on the Bill of Lading: "Refused due to damage" and refuse to receive the package
- Have the driver present you with the delivery receipt
- Verify the pallet / or carton count on the delivery receipt so you are aware of How Many Units to expect to be on the truck and to be inspected.
- On the receipt Sign for the number of pallets and notate:
- If the equipment is damaged then note "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt.
- If the extent of the Damage is Excessive then Refuse the Delivery
Replacement Shipments For Damaged Orders:
If an order is refused at time of delivery due to damage, Workoutideas.com will automatically resend a new package out as soon as the damaged item is received
Replacement Parts for Concealed Damage/Defect Freight:
In such situation please contact our customer service immediately. Our representatives will make arrangements with the manufacturer to send you directly any replacement part needed. All replacement part orders are shipped standard ground delivery (regardless of the initial shipment type) unless the consignee chooses to pay for the difference in expedited shipping. Workoutideas.com does not provide credits or refunds for the inconvenience of missing or damaged parts or for purchasing replacement parts not ordered through us.
